At the moment we use the following Effort Point rewards:

On Time for a raid and ready to go at raid start: +5 EP


Icecrown Citadel (10+25):
Per Boss Killed: +20 EP
Per Hour (Done at the end of the raid): +5 EP


We use the following Gear Point penalties:
Not showing for a raid youve signed for and been put into: +100 GP
Unsigning with less than an hour to go on the raid when you have been placed into a team: +100 GP
Not having Flasks: +25 GP

Officer Discretion:
Leaving the Raid early without Prior warning in the sign ups: +50 GP
